Student account hacked, have to reset password through administrator

Hi, My son's school account was hacked and password changed without permission. When he tried to reset password, he got the message saying you should contact your administrator. What should we do? All his school work is online, now he's completely locked out.

    Sorry to hear your son is experiencing this issue! 

    If possible, please contact your son's teacher. His teacher will be able to help him reset his password by either following the first workflow delineated in this Help Center article or by contacting your district's System Administrator.
