How do I go about deleting our accounts?  My children no longer attend school yet I have been receiving daily updates from Schoology.  I have been trying for 4 months to get our accounts deleted both through Schoology (online requests, logging in to change status,calling), and through my children's former school.  I am at a loss as to why this is so difficult to do.

    Hi Anne, 

    Since your account is associated with an Enterprise school, we recommend that you reach out to your school's System Administrator to delete your account. This is to avoid any confusion and redundancies, the System Admin is responsible for administering all accounts at their school. You can find them by clicking Support in the footer navigation bar when logged into your Schoology account. 

    In the meantime, you can disable notifications via your personal account settings. Please review this Help Center article for more information.
