We cannot Edit our posts!


Dear Schoology,

Since two days ago, we haven't been able to Edit the post that we posted on Schoology. Please help us to fix this.

    1. What area of Schoology is this issue occurring?
    2. Is this issue affecting all users or only some?
    3. Are you seeing an error message when attempting to edit posts?
    4. What operating system and browser version are you using? For optimal performance, we recommend updating the browser to the latest version. You can view the supported browsers and system requirements on the Schoology platform here: System Requirements.
    5. Does the issue persist on another operating system and/or browser?
    6. Is the issue occurring while connected to the school network, home or both?
    7. Please clear the cookies and cache from the browser and let us know if the issue persists.
