Some of my students are experiencing problems playing videos that I have embedded into my course. They get an error message that the video is unable to be played. Meanwhile, the student in the next seat is watching the video. All of my videos are .mp4 files. I told the students to go through Safari instead of the App and this worked. I'm confused since it works for some but not others. Is an update necessary on my end? Please advise.
