Cannot Login Using IOS app


I cannot login using the IOS app.  My account does not work. Neither do any of my students.  When we try to search for our school, no matter what we type, it says "No Results Found."  Even when I try to use my account to login on one of my student iPads, I get a Login Failed message.  My partner teacher has had no issues getting her students logged in on their set of iPads. Please help!

    Have you tried using the other login method (Log in through instead of Log in through your school

    You can read about the two login methods in this article.

    If neither of these login methods are working for you, please review our System Requirements

    If your devices are up to date and meet our system requirements and the login methods still do not work, please let us know!
