Unable to archive course

Hello,

my colleagues and I are unable to archive courses that have been completed for the semester. This is a function that we able to do previously.  We are getting an error message that there is an "internal problem".

Please advise.

    Have you tried following the workflow delineated in this article: How do I archive courses?

    If so and you are still encountering issues, please let us know. Please attach screenshots of the error message if possible.

    Yimei, I have a related question.  I have successfully archived courses in the past.  However, Schoology will not allow me to archive my Summer '19 courses.  Perhaps there is a limit on the number of courses that can be archived?

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue! 

    There isn't a limit on the number of courses that can be archived. 

    It sounds like this might be a network error. If you are still experiencing this issue, you can use this article to troubleshoot. 

    If the problem persists, please let us know and we can open a ticket with our Support Team to investigate further.
