My daughter has an account that was set up for her by her charter school (paid account), and now she also needs one for an independent instructor for a course not taught through the charter (free account). I was able to add the class to her existing account using the access code. It shows up as existing but doesn't show any coursework as having been added. A pink bar comes across the top that says it's unable to upload folders. Her instructor suggested that she set up a 2nd email and add the account separately. This would be super confusing and cumbersome as she is already new to Schoology and a SpEd student. Is there another way for her to fix this problem?
2nd question...how do I, as a mom/homeschool teacher, access everyone's info? My son has just been signed up for a private instructor's class and doesn't have one through the charter. BUT, that's potentially 3 separate accounts to monitor so far (and I still have more kids). How do I get access codes to each class so that I can set up a parent account that has everybody's classes all in one place? That is possible, right?
