Accidental Deny Access to a student


I accidentally denied a student access to my course.  She logged out and tried to log back in to join the course again.  Her second request did not come through.  Do I have to reset the access code?

    Hi, I have accidentally unenrolled a student who had already submitted a test. Is there a way to retrieve it?

    Hi Laura, 

    You should be able to locate the student in the Inactive tab of your course's Members area. 

    1. Click Members in the left menu of your course. 
    2. Click Inactive
    3. Click the gear icon next to the student's name. 
    4. Click Re-enroll.

    This should re-enroll the student in the course and restore all of their submissions.
