Login problems

One of the teachers in my school is trying to login and can't on safari, but can on firefox using the same username and password.  Any idea on how to fix the problem on safari.

    This sounds like maybe there's a browser setting issue. Is this occurring on the school's network or at home? If at school, please reach out to your school's IT department as they might be able to provide more context for this issue.

    Is anyone having trouble opening an account on the Schoology app for Android? It appears "the time of your device is not in sync with our server. Adjust the settings ..." The phone clock is correct.

    Are you able to create an account on a web browser and then log into the account via the Android app?

    Yes. I can't log in to the app.

    Hi Nilton, 

    Is this issue only occurring on your Android device? Are you able to log in on a computer? 

    If so: 

    1. Click your name in the upper-right corner. 
    2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu. 
    3. Within Account Settings, select the appropriate Timezone

    This should resolve your Android login issue.
