I need to delete my account

Hello. My son has moved from middle to high school and so I need to delete the parent account for middle school. I attempted to do this myself but apparently I have to contact my Schoology contacts. There is no way to contact them via Schoology. Please help me.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community! 

    If the high school is part of the same district as the middle school, the school should be able to help you change your building association. It looks like the permission to message your Support Contacts has been turned off for the Parent role within your district. In this case, the best way to do this may be to reach out to one of your son's teachers as they would be able to put you in contact with the right person at the school to handle this request. You may be able to message them through your son's account as well.
