Former Coworker Took Over My Course...

Seguir

Hi Schoology Community...

I tried to submit a help ticket today because I found out that a former coworker took over my courses (removing me from accessing them). This is not a coworker I was on good terms with, so just asking isn't really an option. However, when I tried to submit a help ticket, Schoology sent me an email telling me that because I wasn't an upgraded user, they didn't accept any help tickets from me.

How would you all go about getting your property back if you were in my situation?

    Hi Chelsea,

If you could please clarify further what kind of information we can provide for you --

For example: Are you looking to re-enroll in the course? Or simply regain access to course materials?

Please keep in mind that we might be able to provide more context for this situation, we do recommend that you try to resolve this with the other instructor.

    Best,

    Hello,

I put it in as help ticket #268235.

I will copy and paste the full help ticket here, but I didn't want to publically blast someone with identifying information if I didn't need to, even if they did unethical things themselves.

I have tried to work with the other instructor but to no avail.

If you cannot access the help ticket that Schoology automatically listed as "solved" I will put all of the identifying information on this public forum.

    Thank you.
