Help - Need Fix! Cannot view Student Bios

As an Instructor, I cannot view the "Bio" portion of students' profiles. However, I have a test Student account from which I AM able to view other student's profiles. ??? Why is this information blocked/not showing for me as an Instructor. This is a problem for our program, as our instructors need to read about our students. Please fix!!!

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community! 

    Within the Basic version of Schoology, student accounts are responsible for their own privacy settings. Basic student accounts have two privacy settings available to them: School and No One. Your students can read more about their settings here.

    If your students' accounts are set to School and you are still unable to view their profiles, it's possible that your students are actually associated with a different version of your school within Schoology. 

    If it's the case that your students are associated with a different school, you can advise them to create a new account under the correct school and merge their old account into the new one. Please see the following article for details on merging: How Do I Merge Accounts?
