One of my students was taking his final exam on Schoology. After working an hour and a half, he went to submit his exam and got the message “loading error.” All of his answers were gone. I tried to resume the test and the answers were still gone. We both were angry and upset. Schoology has got to find a way to save work as the students are working so that this does not happen. This is unacceptable.
Anyone else ever had this happen?
