Ability to disable inbound emails coming from reply-all chains


We have run into the following scenario a few times and it causes some concern.


  1. Teacher messages parent via Schoology messaging
  2. Email notification from Schoology is sent to parent
  3. Parent email is compromised and a phishing/scammer bot replies back to Schoology message
  4. Response goes through Schoology messaging and spreads to teacher

I would appreciate the ability to turn off the email responding feature and instead use a link to take the user back to schoology messaging to respond accordingly.
