Student's Name Changed in Powerschool Causing Inability to Access Schoology

My child's name was revised in PS and she was notified of the change being necessary for Schoology but she doesn't know the Access Code in order to login with her new name and her old name is not allowing her access.

    Thanks for reaching out in the Community.

    Since this type of name change is processed by the school within the Student Information System, the best source for this type of information is the school. 

    You can contact the school by logging into Schoology and clicking the Support link at the bottom of any page.

    If you have any trouble contacting someone at the school, please let me know and I will contact them on your behalf.

    Thank you.  I have clicked on the Support link and it keeps timing out.  This is impacting her ability to complete her homework.
