This would be very helpful as we are more likely to share discussions across linked sections of a single course than between different courses.
It has been a few years since this post, has it been updated to share across linked sections now?
You still can't and this is something I'd like to see changed. You also can't grade a discussion if you want it shared across section. I'm not sure why Schoology has these strange requirements but I would like to see them changed. I agree with whoever commented that I'm more apt to share discussions across linked classes than non-linked classes.
Wondering if any future roadmap plans for supporting this given increased need during COVID times?
