Assessments and test banks

Is there a way to add questions to assessments from existing test banks?  I know I can convert a test to an assessment, but I want to be able to use the questions I already have in the new assessment feature tow without having to create a test first. 

As you are developing the assessment bank feature (I read another post on this) it would also be nice to be able to add questions from an assessment to that bank, be able to convert a current test bank to an assessment bank, or in a perfect world, be able to merge test and assessment banks into one.  Then be able to pull questions from that bank individually or at random.

    Thank you for sharing your Feature Idea, it's definitely a really good one!

    Some feedback for you regarding Assessment Question Banks:

    The main function of Assessment Question Banks allows for the storing and sharing of Questions into and out of, Assessments so - we got you covered there!

    As for the conversion or merging of Test/Quiz style Question Banks to Assessment Question Banks, I think this is the crux of your request and I upvote you!

    Is this available yet:  (using my old Test/Quiz Question Banks in "Assessments")?

    My course no longer uses AMP.

    Are question banks available at all for assessments?

    If I need question banks, do I need to make traditional quizzes? I thought that you were trying to retire quizzes.

    Hi all,

    Item Banks for Course Assessments are on our Product Roadmap.

    I recommend following the Product Roadmap to receive updates on the progress of this feature.

    You can view the different phases here, here and, here.

    Until the feature is released you can continue to create Question Banks in Test/Quizzes.

    Seems question banks for assessments is in development, based on the Product Roadmap.  My ability to create quizzes/tests disappeared after the email on Wed, 8/19, so am I correct in assuming that we will not be able to use any type of question banks until this feature is added in assessments?

    As a basic user, losing the ability to use question banks and individually/grading group assign assignments is going to force me to another LMS.  I have used Schoology for the past 6 years, and I love it, but this is a feature I absolutely need. One way or another, I need the ability to be able to assign different forms of assessments to students.

    Enterprise is out of reach for most teachers and schools. Why not have individual teacher licenses, at the very least?
