As of right now, there is no way to unenroll multiple students. It has to be done one by one. The clunky way around this is to follow these steps.
1. Copy the section. It will be named, "Section 2".
2. Delete the old section with all the students you want to get rid of.
3. Rename the new section as "Section 1".

Enteprise Schoology users have multiple options for clearing enrollments via Import.
As a Basic Schoology user, I can definitely understand the usefulness of this feature at the course-level.
