Each year teachers get a new batch of kids, at least some of whom they haven't taught before. By the end of the year they know lots of useful things about their students - how they learn, whether or not they're self-motivated, work well in groups, have a learning issue, etc. Admissions people know lots about incoming students as well.
What if Schoology had an "insight log" for each student, where teachers and admissions people could enter brief (limit 140 characters, say) nuggets about a kid? It would be quick for a teacher to scan at the beginning of the year. The entries would be dated, which could give teachers a sense of the kids' progress.
Question: is this something that could be implemented via a third-party plugin?
