It won't let me set up another account for my child who is at a different school saying the email is already being used. I tried using two different emails and it keeps saying the emails are already used. How do I set up my second child?
The other school has to be using schoology and they will set up the account for the child and send the information to you.
they sent me the code but when i try to add the child the box says that the email is already being used and you have to set up an entire new account if you have another school??

I'm having the same issue mentioned above. 3 children in elementary all set up in my parent account, but I need to add a child in middle school. Its telling me I already have an account with that email address. I'm not sure where to go from here.
This is still a problem. My son had a schoology account in middle school. Now he is in High School. Schoology says "We've noticed that your child belongs to another school. To complete the process, you must register for a new Schoology parent account within your child's school using the form below."
When I do that, it says "

I am having this issue as well.
I have a child at one school and I set the schoology account up with him first, and then I tried to add my other child who's at another school with his code and It will not let me. It says I have to have account set up first.
I am having the same problem, I have 2 sons, they go to different schools in different school districts. I can remove my one son from his old school and get him added to his new school! Please help?
Also I always had another kid on my profile that is not mine, how do I get him removed?
