My son and daughter are registered schoology users. They have been unable to logon for the past hour. A message appears that indicates unrecognized username and/or password Please help us

    Hello Danielle,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. I’d be happy to help you resolve their login issue. Please have them each reset their password using the email that they signed up with.

    1. Go to https://www.schoology.com/login/forgot
    2. Enter the email address associated with the Schoology account.
    3. Click Send My Login Info.

    Have them check their emails after a few minutes, and go to https://support.schoology.com/hc/en-us/articles/201002203-What-do-I-do-if-I-have-forgotten-my-password- for further instructions. They should be able to log in after the reset.

    My daughter is using schoology, she is having problem viewing the answers, when we click on the sign to answer to appear, it doesn't work.

    Hi tech support,

    I have been having some issues with a couple of assignments.  I don't really know what the problem is that occurred, but it might have been a session issue in schoology.  My professor can only see a couple of minutes of entry and my submissions did not go through.  I can't redo the assignments whatsoever because of the late assignment policy.  It might have been that the internet cut out, effectively kicking me out of the server, or that the session had timed out or froze.  Please let me know if there is anything that can be done, because those are multiple zeros in the gradebook that are weighing my overall grade down by a good amount.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty with this issue. 

    Is it possible you were taking a test/quiz or assessment and didn't hit the "Resume" button to complete and submit the entry?

    Did you receive any type of error message when your internet cut out/froze?

    Unfortunately, Schoology has no control over instructor's late assignment policies. 

    In this case, we suggest contacting your course instructor and discussing your options with him/her.

    Thank you for the reply!

    There was no visual or virtual queue to notify me of a problem with the connection, but, since it has been storming recently in my area, the internet has been on and off.  

    I have been talking with my professor about the issue and she has been waiting on your response.  The end of the semester is in a couple of days and it is heavily weighing down my grade in the class.

    I'm not sure what to do about this issue, but I will be contacting my BRACE counselor to ensure that I don't end up failing the course.

    These are the assignments that were giving me issues?  Please let me know what you see from them if possible.  My professor says that she sees 2 minutes and 4 minutes, even though I spent an hour on each assignment.
