Change schools in parent account

My children have moved to the junior high but my parent account is still set to the elementary school. How do I change that?

    Hi Rob,

    I see that you are now associated with the Junior High School. For future reference, it would be best to contact your school's System Administrator if you'd like to change your school association within the same district.

    Hello Rob,
    My jr high schooler has moved to the High School. Will this update or do I really need to contact the Sys Admin? Is there no way I can change the school in this app?

    My son has moved to a completely new school; different cities all together. I need to add his new high school name and delete all the old information and begin accessing the parent portal without changing my email address.  I've tried doing the merge option which I saw was an option from 2015 but does not seem to be working.  Help please.  Thank you.

    Hello Andrew,

    In this case, you will need to delete your current Schoology account and create a new account at your student's new school. 

    You will need to contact your child's new school to request a Parent Access Code in order to create a new account per the steps above (#2).

    Hello Jenny,

    In this case, your child's school creating and is managing your Schoology account for you. Please contact the school to discuss deactivating your Schoology account. 

    If you have trouble contacting the school, please let us know and we will reach out to them on your behalf.

    If a parent has two students one at the high school and one at the middle school, can they use the same account just enter in the two different student codes to have both students in one account or do they need two different accounts because Schoology is being used at two different schools?

    I have two kids at two different schools and would like to link the app and the online part, is this possible?

    Hi Iris, 

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community! 

    If you have multiple children at different schools, you're able to link your accounts and toggle between them while accessing Schoology with a web browser. However, the app does not currently allow for toggling between accounts. As a workaround, you can use a mobile web browser (for example, Safari on your Apple device or Chrome on your android device) to access Schoology on your mobile device.
