    Hi Justin,

    Unfortunately, in this case, you'll need to delete your account and create a new one using the Parent Access Code.

    Hi Jeanne, 

    As an Enterprise user, you should contact your district's System Admin regarding your account. You can find them by clicking Support in the footer navigation bar while logged into your Schoology account. They'll be listed under Support Contacts

    In the meantime, you can disable email notifications from your personal account settings. Please see this article for details instructions on how to do so.
