Accounts should be able to be linked to multiple schools. We have district staff that travel and teach in two school, but are only allowed one home school account.
Parents is even more frustrating, with multiple children it is common to have more than one district building. They need to be able to receive updates and feeds from multiple schools.
Agreed. One child in middle school, and he's apparently listed as the first child; one child in elementary school. I get text and email updates related only to the first child's school. I have to create a second, identical account and list my elementary school child as the first one to get text and email updates related to her school.
I have the same problem. As a parent it's very frustrating not receiving information from my children's teachers and I know the teachers are frustrated with us not receiving the information. I really hope this gets fixed soon.
