Stuck in an inactive course

What can we do if we are stuck in an inactive course? I have messaged and emailed my instructor and have not gotten any response. I completed the course months ago. I submitted a request for help and it was closed immediately with no help provided at all. Does anyone work at this website that can help me or am I stuck with an inactive course forever?
