White screen while trying to play video, audio plays fine though


I have been having a problem just now on Schoology. Whenever I try to play a video, no video plays, just a white screen, the audio plays fine though. I tried closing out all of my tabs, logging out of my google account, logging out of my Schoology account, restarting my computer, and disconnecting and reconnecting to my WiFi, but nothing works, the problem is still happening. Does anyone know why this is happening?

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    We were not able to replicate this issue on our end. The videos we viewed within your courses were playing successfully on our end . I tested this on the Google Chrome Browser on Chrome 90 on a Windows 10 device. 

    Is this happening for all videos in all courses or videos in specific courses?

    Also, have you reviewed our System Requirements Guidelines to ensure optimal performance while using Schoology.
