Someone besides me is in my account


Hello, my issue is that someone else is logging into my schoology account and purposely failing my geometry tests for me and because of this, I currently have an F in the class now. When I told my geometry teacher, he said he'll reset them, but I need to change my password and secure my account, but when tried to it said I need an admin to do it. So I went to the office and they said they change it so now I'm just stuck here with someone inside my account failing my tests for me.. And the funny part is that whoever fails them doesn't even try to do it right, they just go in there sometimes they don't even answer one question... please help (

    I am so sorry for the confusion. I meant to say "I went to the office and they said they couldn't change it" instead of what I said. And they also said I had to go in from the mobile app to change my password. So I think that day, I went home and tried to change it, but it said I needed to get in touch with my support and I didn't know it meant to contact you guys. I'm so sorry for the confusion.
