Delete my account, this is not a request.

I need my account deleted. I haven't attended the school in 5 years and the administrator running the course has retired. It is obvious that the platform has been abandoned by my school and they no longer use it as the course is still active from 2016. I don't understand why I need permission from someone to delete MY ACCOUNT. My ticket was automatically closed and I've seen on another thread that this app puts it's users through a similar runaround. It is a very simple matter, delete my account.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty deleting your Schoology account.

    Schoology does not delete accounts since some schools store grades for their records. 

    As far as you ticket auto-closing. Schoology provides dedicated phone, chat, and ticket support to Enterprise schools and organizations only. 

    Since you mentioned the administration is no longer at your school, I opened a ticket on your behalf to the Schoology Help Desk.  We will follow up with you in the support ticket.
