Unsupported File Type/Imported File

Seguir

I am an Instructional Technology Specialist at our high school and we are seeing this problem a lot lately. Students are trying to import a file from the Schoology app into the Notability app and they receive this error below. The files are all normal pdfs. They are using 7th generation iPads either on ios 13 or 14. The version of Notability varies as it is happening on most of our teacher and student devices.

    Hi,

This is happening for my students as well.  It also occurred when they were trying to send a Word document file to the Word app on their iPads.

We are now seeing this issue as well.  On the iPad, some of the files are now showing up with an icon that has a paper clip and a yellow corner.  Other uploaded .pdf files are showing up with a red frame with "PDF" in it.
