Assignments not being received by teacher (intermittent issue)


I submit my assignments through Schoology and sometimes my teachers say they don't receive it and I receive a zero.  I have screenshots of the Schoology submission so I have evidence that the assignment are turned in.  Are others having this issue?  When can this be fixed?
