Schoology OneDrive assignment loading is timing out.

It has become very difficult for students to open their Schoology OneDrive documents, with the loading frequently timing out.   I have put in a local ticket with IT, but I believe it is a Schoology problem vs. a hardware problem.   Has anyone else had this occur?  (Picture is after I tried to open a submitted document from one of my students.).

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty with this issue. 

    Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the issue?

    Also, if you haven't already, we also recommend reviewing our System Requirements Guidelines for optimal performance while using Schoology.
