Schoology renaming files to have long https:api.schoology.com extension

Can you please fix this problem of schoology changing the file names?  Students now have to rename files so that they can locate them when using notability.  This may seem like a "moderate" problem for schoology but it is huge problem for our students especially when our district is using schoology K-12.  Elementary/middle level students struggle enough with reading file names and organizing their files and now they have to rename them too.  We have been using notability and schoology for years and have never had this issue. This problem began roughly around November 2020. I am not sure what changed on your end but the students and teachers as well who use this program daily would appreciate you upgrading this to a higher level of importance.

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue and understand your frustration. 

    This behavior has been reported to the Engineering Team and they are currently investigating. 

    The priority changes based on new information received from multiple clients reporting the same issue.  For example, the issue may impact more customers or affect an area of Schoology that wasn't mentioned in the initial report of the issue.  

    Here's a Help Guide with more information on how Schoology prioritizes defects. 

    I see you already have a support ticket open with the Schoology Help Desk.  If the priority changes or the fix is released, we will update you via the support ticket.

    I came here to research the same issue some of our 5th graders are having. When sharing a named PDF to Notability it renames it with the https:api.schoology.com . This creates needless organizational hurdles. 

    Please elevate this issue to a higher priority.

    I agree that this is a high priority.  Many students and teachers at my school have asked for a solution for this problem.
