Item Banks

I continuously receive an error when trying to convert a question bank to an item bank. It will copy the first 2 questions from the bank with no issue; however, the remaining questions are just copies of the first two questions instead of the rest of the questions from the original bank.

Additionally, when I attempt to copy a completed item bank from my personal resource folder to another shared folder, anyone who tries to access them will get an error message that states "oops page not found."

    We’ve reported this issue to our Engineering team with a priority of Moderate Impact. This means that we understand converting a question bank to an item bank is not working fully as intended, but prioritization of this issue is weighted against more urgent issues and other features we are developing. 

    Please let us know if there is new information about this issue that might change the priority. If it can be included in a larger scope of work or the priority changes because we missed something from you or hear back from other Schoology customers about this issue, we’ll let you know.

    I am having the same issues. Other test banks have converted with zero issue, but the one I'm trying to build my final from is sending me error messages and only copying over 2/100 (and question #1 is copied six separate times before it gives up).
