I am currently correcting some comprehension exercise in which my students have a hard time giving their interpretation of a quote; they mainly repeat, rephrase, synthesize the text, almost anything but interpret. And when they do, some of it is clumsy. However, some do it just right. Now, what I would normally do is copy these models and teach afterwards using good and bad examples.
Now IMAGINE a feature where you could tell the quizz: make available with correct and model answers!
That way, students could see their quiz, but for short-essay questions, they could see examples of answers that got perfect scores. Schoology would just need to show examples of answers according to their score. Show me what a 10/10 looks like, what a 3/10 looks like. Of course answers would be anonymous.
What do you think?
