Hi, all -
I'm thrilled to announce that we’ve built a new way to differentiate instruction with assigned folders! This has been the Schoology Community's #1 request for a long time, so we greatly appreciate your patience while we worked to find the right solution. You asked, and we listened!
Teachers can now individually assign folders to specific students and grading groups so that only the assignees can view the folder and its contents. Any materials added to the folder are automatically updated to be available to the assigned student(s).
Additionally, this new workflow for individually assigning folders includes the ability to "Select All" student in a course section. This should reduce the clicks needed to exclude specific students without needing to build a grading group. For example, you can now assign the folder to all students except one who was absent.

We would also like to be able to individually assign folders. Please consider adding this feature.
I think this is the same question?
There seems to be something wrong with this feature at the moment. Individually assigned folders are visible to all students in the course, even though they can't see the contents of the folder. Any ideas?
