Delete my account

I tried to submit two support requests but both were automatically marked as "Solved" with no response to me. I am trying to delete my account but am still enrolled in a course. Well, to be removed from a course I need to contact the teacher. Said teacher has not used Schoology in six years and the entire school switched to a different course platform six years ago. I don't even know if said teacher even still works at the school. I graduated this school six years ago and live in an entirely different place now. Please just delete my account.

    How do I remove the Introduction to Schoology course by Arens Academy from my list of courses? I have contact the course instructor through Schoology at least twice over the past few months, but I did not receive any response. Please advise.

    Thank you for reaching out in the PowerSchool Community! Since you are an Enterprise user, only a teacher can remove you from the course.  If you have not been able to reach the teacher, we suggest reaching out to your schools Designated Support Contact(s) and request they remove you from the course. 

    You can find your Support Contact(s) by clicking Support in the footer of your Schoology account.

    Ms. Rivera,

    Thank you for your response. I am faculty and a support contact. 

    The course I am trying to delete from my account is the Welcome to Schoology course created by a Schoology rep back when my school first signed up for Schoology, so the course instructor is not a member of our school district.

    Also, the support link at the bottom of the screen is linking to a "this page does not exist" type thing when I click support from my schoology account.

    Please advise.
