Uploading Profile Photo

We were asked to add a profile photo to my students Schoology account, but when I go to "profile" there is no option to change it.

Please advise.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    The permissions to add/edit student profile photos is managed by the System Administration at your school district or school.  In this case, we suggest reaching out to your Support Contact(s) for further assistance. 

    Please reach out to your district’s designated Support Contacts by clicking Support in the footer navigation bar in your Schoology account. They’ll be able to help you troubleshoot this further and submit a ticket with our Support team if necessary.
