Students not receiving password reset emails

I am having the same issue as several other teachers... I have students who cannot remember their passwords and request a password reset link, but they never received the reset email. This is very frustrating! I do not have administrative access to reset their password for them. If I might make a suggestion, in future updates of Schoology can teachers have the ability to change student passwords? I do a lot in class using Schoology, and I can't always wait for our technology coordinator (who has many other duties) to get around to changing student passwords; I need to be able to fix the problem in a timely fashion so that students can get online and complete the assignment.
