Zoomed in when grading

Follow

When I click an assignment to grade, the screen that pulls up shows the assignment zoomed in. Is there a way to set it to a normal zoom/view automatically so that I don't have to zoom out everytime I switch students to grade their assignment?

    Hi Callie,

Thank you for posting in the Schoology Community.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and share if this resolves the issue?

    • Please clear your browsing data (cache and cookies)
    • Change your screen resolution to 100% and lesser than that and see if you still face this issue.
    • Try to replicate this in an incognito window of the browser.
    • If you are using Chrome then make sure that you are on the latest version of Chrome.

Thank you for the suggestions, but none of this helped. I don't believe it is an issue with my browser, it seems to be a schoology side issue in my opinion. I am attaching a picture of the issue to hopefully better explain. This is what it looks like when I click a submission to grade... zoomed into 193% and autoselected to fit to width. I want it to auto fit to height so I don't have to click and scroll so much when I am grading through several students.

    Hi Callie,

Thank you for reaching out for assistance in Schoology Community.

The images in the assignments are by default set to 'fit by width' always and you will have to explicitly set them to 'fit to height' every time you open up an image in a submission.Thank you for your feedback, this is a great idea for a feature request. I will move this post to the Feature Ideas forum for our development team to review this.
