Need Access to my daughters class group

Keep getting this message each time I try to join the class.

 

"The school that this group belongs to only allows access codes for users who have already been created by the school. This means that you cannot use an access code to create your account. For additional assistance, please submit a ticket at support.schoology.com"

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    After reviewing this issue, it appears that you are now able to access the Group within your account. 

    Does this issue continue to persist on your end? If so, we suggest reaching out to the Support Contact(s) at your daughter's school for further assistance. 

    Your Support Contact(s) will also have better knowledge of the specific settings employed at your organization that can aid in troubleshooting.
