I am wondering why all of a sudden my calendar stopped working. I used to be able to click to select which calendars I wanted to view. I could choose to view 1 class or multiple classes on my calendar. Now it is stuck on 1 out of 16 calendars and will not let me change it to see another class.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    We've reported this issue to our Engineering team with a priority of Moderate Impact. This means that we understand calendar dropdown is not working as intended, but prioritization of this issue is weighted against more urgent issues and other features we are developing.  

    In the meantime, you may want to use the workaround of accessing the calendar(s) at Course or Group level by pressing the calendar icon near Upcoming section.

    Please let us know if there is new information about this issue that might change the priority. It can be included in a larger scope of work or the priority changes because we missed something from you or hear back from other Schoology customers about this issue, we’ll let you know.

    I would argue this is more than moderate impact since some schools are at the beginning of a semester and students may not be able to see any assignment due dates for new courses unless they can use this menu to set the new courses to "display."

    Hi all,

    Thank you for your patience!

    I am happy to report the Product Team released a fix that has resolved the issue of filtering through calendars. At this time, users should be able to successfully filter through their calendars without experiencing the unresponsive dropdown option.
