Published folders not available to students...

Follow

I'm a tech coach for my district and I have a teacher who has multiple folders created for each weeks worth of work for the course. For example, for Math, she has a folder for each week of lessons dating all the way back to the beginning of the school year.

Her students are able to access the most recent folders because they are live links to the content inside. But the older folders (September and October) are still there visually, but are black font writing and not clickable.

I've checked her set up and the folders are in fact published and live from the teachers end but are not clickable from the student side. The folders have completion rules on them. I tried removing the completion rules and there was no change to the access. I've also tried un-publishing and re-publishing each folder. I do not see anything funky in her set up of the folders, no due dates etc...

Any suggestions on what I could check next?

    Hi Jessica,

Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

If you haven't done so already, can you please Recheck Student Progress .

If the issue continues to persist after doing so, please let me know.

    Best,

Thank you for your response - Nina. I've tried Recheck Student Progress and the view does not change for students. Please advise.
