Fix This Issue!


As a student, I am absolutely tired of my grades being affected by a bug that you guys are not fixing. I can not submit work through the upload section. I can still submit screenshots through the create section however I can not submit videos through create and my teachers are not seeing the work. I have a c in multiple classes because you guys have not fixed this bug. So stop responding with "oh we know how frustrating this can be" and "We're so sorry for this issue" and get to work.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community! 

    I am sorry to hear that you continue to experience difficulty with this issue. 

    Based on your screenshot, it appears that the file extension you are using is .mkv for one of your videos.  

    Currently, that is not one of our supported file types.  Here's an article that provides a list of the file types we support.

    Can you please upload content using our supported file type and see if the issue continues to persist. 

    If you continue to experience difficulty,  can you please review our System Requirements Guidelines to ensure optimal performance while using Schoology.
