Sending emails

I am unable to send emails to my professor. There's an error message that comes up stating that there isn't a recipient. Yet my professor's emails in inserted. Could I have some assistance?

    Hi Shaina,

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    When sending a message in Schoology, you don't have to enter their email address. You would type their name into the name field and their name should populate. 

    To send a message from the header:

    1. Click the envelope icon in the header.

    2. Click New Message.

    3. Enter the recipient's name in the To field. A list of users automatically populates as you type.

    Yes that has been happing to me to. Try asking your teacher he may be able to help you.

    Your teacher may have disabled messages. Ask you teacher if he did.
