Students are having a problem when they put the correct answer it is marking them wrong. I checked the students work and the correct answer is wrong as well. When I check the questions themselves, the correct answers are correct. Seems like the correct answers are getting mixed up some how. Any help would be great.

Last week I had a teacher have this problem as well. Students chose the correct answer in an assessment but were not given the points for the correct answer. For instance, Schoology shows them as having the correct answer but gave them 0/5 points. It was not consistently done across a question or a student. It was random on each question, which students this affected. There was no partial credit selected for any of the questions. This made some students grades for the assessment much lower than it should have been.
I have submitted a ticket and will await guidance but I am curious if this has been seen more widely?
