Download Student Report- comments drag on in one single line so can't print as pdf

I want to create a PDF of a student's report. Our subject teachers put comments in the speech bubble next to OVERALL GRADE in the gradebook.

When (under Tools- Advisor) I DOWNLOAD STUDENT REPORT, the comments are in a single line and drag meaning I need to scroll across to read it. When I come to print it as a PDF, half of the comment is missing.

Any ideas/suggestions?
