Blank questions when grading assessment 'by student' but they show just fine when grading 'by question'

I have a teacher who is having trouble with the assessment grading -- when she's viewing By Student her True/False questions are showing as blank boxes (see below) but when we go to By Question we can see that student's answer submission.  We've tried multiple browsers, cleared histories and restarts.  Has anyone seen this or know of a solution???

    We’ve reported this to our Engineering team and we are now investigating this as a high impact issue. Our Engineering team will be prioritizing work on this against other urgent issues that may arise, but we hope to have more updates for you soon.

    We encourage you to uncheck the box "Require correction if false" on all T/F questions on the assessment in order to see the questions/answers. 

    We will update you via this thread when the issue is resolved.

    Hello,

    I just administered an exam through Schoology Assessments and this is the first time I saw "Score Pending" and then it turned to "Needs Grading" - but when I click on it - it does not show anything on the questions and so I can't grade. All last year and this year, when a students submitted an assessment it would state "complete" or "submitted" (can't remember exactly - I just know I never saw the messages I received today) and I could grade while others still took their assessment. now I can even see what they submitted and therefore can't grade it. What do I need to do?

    Lots of us are getting the same and no response from Schoology plus the Schoology support system just keeps issuing auto-close responses as I'm not the school admin.

    Same here -- but Score Pending and Nees Grading are the narratives.

    I also am having this issue today. Since this is the week of finals this is not a good time to be unable to grade anything. It is also showing it is not auto grading the multiple choice questions (students are shown to have earned 0 out of 1 point for them).
