Unable to sign up my son to my schoology account!!

I have 2 children attending the same elementary School. I used my daughter's chromebook to register on Schoology. Signing her up to my account was very easy but when I click on add child to sign up my son, I put the parent access 13 digit code ,it accepts it but nothing happens to show that my son has been included. What do I do please yo sign up my son as well on my account?

    Parent access codes are unique to each student.  If you continue to experience difficulty with your Parent Access Code for your  son, please contact your child's instructor or school for more information.
