Viewing Images on the Schoology App (iPad)


My students are having issues pulling up images that are in Schoology.  When they go to open an image, it pulls up the last one viewed, not the current one they are trying to view.

For instance, if they are trying to view an image from my Algebra course, when the tap on the image, it pulls up an image from their Biology course.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    We've reported this issue to our Engineering team. This means that we understand that viewing images on the iOS mobile app is not working fully as intended, but prioritization of this issue is weighted against more urgent issues and other features we are developing. 

    At the moment, the workaround is for users to sign out of the app and sign back in. As an alternative, Safari may also be used when images need to be viewed although we understand this is not ideal.

    Please let us know if there is new information about this issue that might change the priority. If it can be included in a larger scope of work or the priority changes because we missed something from you or hear back from other Schoology customers about this issue, we’ll let you know. 

    We will update you via this thread once the issue is resolved.
