My account profile is wrong


I am a parent and somehow I setup my profile to be a teacher and am unable to see my kids grades.  Can somebody help me fix this?

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty with this issue. 

    Unfortunately, I am not able to locate your account.  In this case, did you use a different email address to create a Schoology account?
